It’s hard to believe this spa opened as a small start-up 20 years ago in Happy Valley. Happy Foot is a firm Hong Kong Island go-to, with a prime location in the heart of Wan Chai. We’d recommend opting for its reflexology massage (from $218 for 50 minutes), which promises to target back pain and migraines via pressure points on your feet.
